Refund policy

1. Overview

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable simulation case packs and educational materials are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You experience technical issues that prevent access and we are unable to resolve them
  • The product was purchased in error and has not been downloaded or accessed
  • A duplicate purchase has occurred

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.


3. Physical Products

We accept returns or offer replacements for physical products in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and, where applicable, photos of the issue.

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.


4. Refund Process

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue

We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Additional Information

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where:

  • products have been used or accessed beyond reasonable evaluation
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
